BE INVOLVED
Classes are divided up by age and grade level of students. However, STARS offers flexibility in this area in case the individual student requires special considerations. Older grades can expect to share 2 or more grade levels within a classroom as this cohort tends to be small. Classroom division is decided upon on a yearly basis.

S.T.A.R.S. is unique among homeschooling co-operatives in that it extends additional social outlets for families to enjoy. Mom’s night out (MNO) is a monthly social event in which mothers can meet up with other members at various locations in the evening. This event does not provide child care.
S.T.A.R.S. ministers to home school families in general, however, this group also ministers to others through service projects. This is achieved when the service project coordinator announces projects in which individuals, teens, or families can participate. S.T.A.R.S. also ministers to the church in which we meet by blessing them with financial contributions at the end of the year and various art supplies
