Because S.T.A.R.S. consists of Christian home school families, we naturally desire to raise our children in the nurture and admonition of the LORD.  Our beginning place to do this is Scripture.  To this end, S.T.A.R.S. code of conduct will mirror the Bible.  “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline” (Proverbs 1:7).  And S.T.A.R.S. own verse speaks of an expectation of behavior.
